When finally I clicked the Restart button, which remained to be clicked, as it is final and unavoidable step of installation, and after restart, tablet stoped being visible again. The tablet finally appeared in the Wacom Desktop Center. Suddenly the tablet started working, the touch, buttons, pan, everything was fine. I already contacted to Apple support center, we checked an scanned my mac, and they said everything was "fine" with the laptop.Īfter that, I removed Wacom software and installed it again, but on the final phase of installation I didn't clicked for restart button.

I've tried to remove and re-install the driver and restart. After deinstalling (via wacom utility / restarting with PRAM reset / installing older driver / restarting. If the USB Cables/ports were working properly on both devices I had this problem with my Intuos Pro M (on late 2011 MBP 15' with MacOS Sierra) I've downloaded an older driver version and it seems to work out too.
This is a name of the file I downloaded: WacomTablet_6.3.17-5Īfter the installation, the software suggested to restarted the laptop, I did so. Placing your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. I would suggest you to follow the methods given below and check if that helps.

I completely deleted the Wacom utilities, restarted my MacBook, and downloaded latest driver from the verified wacom web. You may face this issue if some third party program is conflicting with drivers even after reinstalling them over and again.
Though all LED lights remain working until now and the device is ON/Charging. One day my laptop stoped working with the Wacom software.
Hope that helps some.at least if nothing else it put a wee smile on your face.I have this Intuos Pro for almost 2 years and it worked really perfect. I'll get off my soapbox now I've vented my spleen. Then reboot and install the latest Wacom drivers.Įven after all that I have, and still do have, certain programs that when running disable the click function of Wacom pens.įortunately for me the program in question only affects the OS and not PS so closing it fixes the issue. That, therefore, is my best solution.google what to remove/disable and then remove/disable it. This includes settings, registry edits, file deletions and of course means lots of Gooooogling. My solution to the 'tablet' problem was to completely remove, delete, eradicate, clear, disable and delete again anything and everything 'tablet' related within windows before installing any Wacom drivers. Those of us that couldn't give a fig about finger-painting the word 'knob' on anybodies forehead now have to jump through hoops just to 'fix' something which wasn't even broken in the first place.until MS played with it. This means that for those millions of us who have been using gfx tablets for years and rely on their use for our income now have to take second place to those jumped up, still green behind the ears geeks that want to finger-paint the word 'knob' on their best mates forehead after he went unconscious from drinking half a shandy the night before and then 'share' it with the world.nice.įinger-painting the word 'knob' is, of course, far more important than anyone trying to earn a living. Now.to you, me and everyone else with half an ounce of sense knows that when referring to a 'tablet' we mean a graphics tablet.not so with MS.not surprising really as they never conform with the rest of the world on anything. (And in Win10 too.will they never learn!) MS, in their ultimate wisdom, decided to include a whole heap of 'tablet' drivers with Win7 + 8.
Looks like you've sorted things now but this is what I've found.just in case its any further help. Sorry I didn't join this party earlier but I couldn't get on the site.
